How to Pray for the Men’s Retreat

Mens Retreat
This Friday many Kings Harbor Church men will leave their familiar homes and routine in order to enter the intense time of worship and learning that is also known as the Men’s Retreat. I asked Steve Lind how we women can pray for our brothers, fathers, friends, husband, and son. Here are some points to bring before the Father:
  • for Men’s hearts and minds be prepared BEFORE they come up Friday
  • that ALL men that signed up actually make it
  • for Chris as he leads 4 sessions, that God would lead him and direct his steps/words
  • for our worship team to Glorify God in the highest and lead the men in unity
  • that hearts would be authentically transformed
  • that Father’s with younger kids would get rest
  • that older men would develop discipleship relationships with younger men
  • that younger men would receive the teaching with urgency
  • that God would be glorified through the WHOLE weekend
  • that we would have fun
  • that we would come home with a purpose and drive to be better men of God throughout the year
  • that we would be safe
